Returns & Exchanges
All our products are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.
1. - If we make a mistake on your order, send us an e-mail at and we'll send a return label.
2. - Items can be returned up to and no later than 15 days after the receipt date for a refund. After the 15th day of receiving the item it can be Exchanged only and up and no later than 30 days of receipt of that item. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges. Item returned from a “Free Shipping Option order” will be charged the shipping charges. Items must be unused in their original condition with all packaging materials including labels and plastic bags. We reserve the right to deny any return and we will ship back at customer’s expense.
3. - All returns or exchanges MUST be new with all tags attached.
4. - Free shipping does NOT apply when returning an item. You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging items.
5. - Customers are responsible for returning and paying the shipping cost when returning a item back to us.
